Aqueduct tunnel pump automation
Challenge
Automate the pumping of tunnels that will be used to supply drinking water to remove water and ensure its decantation.
SOLUTION
Automation
In partnership with Techno Sub, our solution is to automate the control of pumps (depending on the water level).
We did the design and engineering of the project including the functional description, the control scheme, the choice of instruments, the manufacturing and programming of the PLC and Remote IO. We have also programmed the interface of the HMI alarms sent by email.
Delivered turnkey, we commissioned and verified the operation before offering user training.
POWER
We also built the electrical substation and starters that provide power to the pumps.
Telecommunication
Our telecommunication teams have deployed telecommunication infrastructure ensuring the reliability of data transfer to the surface.
