User Support Specialist
This position is responsible for two aspects of user support:
- User Support: You will perform all tasks that require in-depth technical knowledge, coordinate purchases, and provide advice to the company and users in your home base.
- Network Specific Support: Support to other Epiroc entities, such as production plants, distribution centers and customer centers, as well as all out of office support. You will support key business activities by ensuring that the appropriate procedures are used for these areas. You will ultimately be responsible for finding solutions in the event of a major IT outage to mitigate losses to the business.
