The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the activities of the Human Resources Department. Specifically this will include:
-Recruitment of local and international staff;
-Management of work accident and work-related illness files;
-Management of work absences;
-Compensation and benefits program management;
-The application and implementation of policies and procedures related to human resources;
-Various reporting activities related to the department;
-Ensure the sustainability of various activities related to work equity, the use of the French language at work, the declaration of hours with Emploi-Québec, the EAP, etc.
-Coordinate the annual employee evaluation program
-Develop a succession plan
The incumbent will work with all Meglab Group managers on their respective files.
