Modernization of the treatment mill
Challenge
The remote IO modules were obsolete which put the operations of the company at risk.
SOLUTION
Offer a factory upgrade solution by surveying existing modules to design new plans. We did the engineering, the selection of the replacement module and the connection drawings. We manufactured, installed and commissioned two new construction panels.
We are currently working on two other construction panels and about fifty Remote IO modules.
