Administrative clerk (replacement)
Type: Temporary (inderterminate replacement)
Work location: Val-d'Or
Schedule: possibility to do 30 hours or more
The administrative clerk provides administrative support to various teams, administrations and operations. Under the supervision of the HR Manager, he/she performs tasks including updating employee records, classifying CVs, coding various data, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Staffing support
- Management of training and competency cards
- Room reservations - Transmission of internal communications
- Document layout
Profile required:
- Administrative certification or significant experience.
- Have an ease of communication with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Be organized, resourceful and detailed.
- Ease with IT and change management
- Experience in the mining and construction industry (asset)
